The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Personal use items
  • Discounted / sale items

All sales for these products are final.

Damaged / Defective / Wrong Item

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at myshoppycontact@gmail.com.

Kindly provide:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos or unboxing video

After verification, we will arrange a free replacement.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds for non-returnable products.

Refunds are only processed if a replacement is not available (subject to approval).

Conditions

 

  • Product must be unused and in original packaging
  • Request must be raised within 48 hours
  • Minor variations in color/design are not considered defects
